Every restaurant has a pièce de résistance, a can-do-no-wrong dish that leaves a favorable and lasting impression on whoever tastes it. This is that dish.

4 Fingers Crispy Chicken (P229) features 6 pieces of wings and drumettes, double-fried, hand-painted with a soy garlic glaze, and served with a side of fries. You can choose to have it served spicy, as well. However, if you’re a purist like me, I’d highly recommend staying true to the soy garlic craze.

A resounding crunch welcomes you upon first bite of the chicken followed by another and another as you continue chewing in your mouth. It’s the kind of crisp that demands to be heard, as if enticing others next to you to ask for a piece of chicken, as well – that is, of course, if they haven’t already ordered the same thing. The meat of the chicken is moist and tender, too – a far cry from 4 Fingers biggest competitor – with the soy garlic flavor permeating even beyond the chicken skin. Without a doubt, this dish alone is reason enough to give 4 Fingers a try.
